Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the purchase or financing of pre-owned vehicles
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
  • Cultivate a network of referrals, including family members, neighbors, associates, and previous customers
  • Reassure networking and repeat business to build a loyal customer base
  • Utilize social media to promote yourself and the dealership
  • Present pre-owned vehicles in an attractive and informative manner to facilitate prompt sales

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Background in customer service
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Ability to use social media as a resource for self-promotion and dealership marketing
  • Professional dress, speech, and behavior are essential for the position
  • OMVIC License is mandatory

  • Product knowledge specialist/expert with the ability to sell the true value of vehicles and the dealership
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take direction and positive feedback
