Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Toronto, ON. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored glass and mirror solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include managing sales pipelines, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, conducting follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales expertise and the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about glass and mirror products, their applications, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is an asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to transportation is preferred
