· Strong Communicator | Speak tactfully and diplomatically with all levels of employees, across various disciplines.

· Maintain a calm and steady demeanour.

· years of office phone experience

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Experience processing a high volume of work in a deadline-driven environment an asset.

· Service experience is an asset.
