Job Purpose:
As a DaaS Senior Consultant, your expertise will be critical in managing real-time data and cloud applications, with a special focus on Microsoft Azure. Your role will be to utilize your specialized knowledge to address customer challenges and inquiries, proposing effective solutions.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers will be a key part of your role, with an emphasis on the technical aspects of our services. You'll be a bridge between customers and our services, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Your responsibilities will include managing cloud platforms and infrastructure, understanding and supporting KBC's cloud-based applications, implementing automation where applicable, optimizing logging and monitoring, and enhancing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our services. Ultimately, your objective is to deliver a smooth and efficient service experience for all our customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Shortlist of Essential Experience:
- Azure Cloud Services
- Relational Databases or time-series data
- Practical applications of a development language (Python, NodeJS, PowerShell, and/or C#)
- Networking, troubleshooting LAN/WAN
- Proposing and building prototype systems and system demonstrations
- Exceptional communication skills in order to clearly depict complex technical issues and difficult project situations for resolution
- Ability to manage projects or programs
