**JOB SUMMARY - IT/Network Analyst**
- The IT/Network Analyst will have a dual role: 1) Providing IT support to the Tridon internal company network and all Tridon internal and 2) Supporting the Tridon Connect Enterprise Network including broadband and two way radio systems company wide when required.
- With experience the individual will also be a technical support for customer issues escalated through the NOC and other sources.

Required Work Experience: *
- 2 - 5 years of work experience in IT and Networking
- Ability to configure, and operate Linux and Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices of networks and network design
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Operator’s License or equivalent

Must Haves*:

- Successful Completion of a Computing or Networking Technology Diploma is required
- CCNA certificate or equivalent is required (CCNA certification in progress will be considered)
- Safety First Mindset
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer databases
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Continuous process improvement initiative
- Ability to work independently, and as a team player

Physical Demands: *
- Must be able to spend the majority of the day sitting, and/or standing.
- May be required to stoop, bend, kneel and squat for extended periods of time
- May be required to carry equipment weighing up to 50lbs for short distances.
- May be required to look at a computer screen for long periods of time.
