Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble kitchen and bath cabinets according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform order picking and ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials.
  • Install components as needed, ensuring all parts meet required standards.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse distribution or assembly is preferred.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Physical capability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed for assembly tasks.
