Job Title: FF&E Analyst

Job Description

As an FF&E Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the order process by issuing and overseeing equipment purchase orders according to approved specifications, budgets, and timelines. You will ensure the accuracy of documentation in the systems, coordinate with vendors to manage deliveries and resolve any issues, and provide on-site support to field teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial reconciliation and maintaining data accuracy within FF&E and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Issue and manage all equipment purchase orders per approved specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Process revisions and maintain documentation accuracy in the systems.
  • Track supplier acknowledgments and resolve delivery or damage issues.
  • Coordinate replacements, returns, and credits with vendors.
  • Partner with field teams to address equipment shortages, damages, or add-on requests efficiently.
  • Match purchase orders with invoices, resolve variances, and ensure complete reconciliation and reporting.
  • Maintain data accuracy within FF&E and project management platforms.
  • Generate dashboards on purchase order status, escalations, and issue resolution.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with the potential to return to the office later this year. Candidates should be able to commute if needed. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a great team, managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of equipment. All inquiries must be responded to and resolved within 5 days using an onsite ticket system. The contract is until the end of December 2026, with the opportunity for extension based on performance.
