We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other office software
- Handle filing, document management, and record keeping efficiently
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle front desk operations efficiently in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
