Receptionist Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Perform data entry for invoices and order entry tasks accurately
- Provide excellent customer support to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar office situation preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time
