We work in a fast paced environment so applicants must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, work well with others and be productive and comfortable working alone.

This position is the first contact that our clients have when calling and entering the clinic, so being approachable and having fantastic customer service skills is an asset.

Duties include (but are not limited to): greeting clients, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, cleaning treatment rooms, laundry, other clinical cleaning, closing the clinic at the end of the night, and basic administrative day to day clerical office tasks.

We are up to date and surpass all recommended safety procedures and guidelines from WSBC, BCCDC and the College of Physical Therapists of BC.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Previous clerical and administrative experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
