Behavioural Therapist

Position: Part Time Behavioural Therapist Location: Kamloops, BC Hours: 15 hours per week (potential for increased hours) Summary: Axis Family Resources Ltd. is seeking acompassionate Behavioural Therapist to join our team to support children and youth through personalized behavioural interventions. Working alongside the Clinical Counselor, this role involves conducting functional behavioural assessments, developing goal-oriented strategies, and designing crisis mitigation and stabilization plans. You will also provide consultation and training to caregivers, families, and/or other involved personnel to ensure effective implementation of individualized care plans. The role involves supporting personal, social, and vocational skill development, staying informed on best practices, and maintaining accurate records.
