Our administrative team plays a crucial role in supporting our office's operations, and we are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our outstanding team. Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support across a variety of administrative tasks. You would work alongside another Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who works full-time. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and responding to emails from current and potential clients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client bookings
  • Greeting clients and assisting with check-in upon arrival
  • Processing payments and managing financial transactions
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals
  • Coordinating with third-party payors (e.g., insurance companies)
  • Assisting with payroll and other daily administrative functions
  • Supporting other office tasks as required

Training will be provided on our practice management software (Jane) and additional office procedures.

The regular schedule will be Monday-Wednesday, 4 hours per day (likely 10am-2pm). Occasionally there will be opportunities for additional hours based on the needs of the clinic.

Location:

Our office is located at 1235 Trafalgar Road in Oakville, easily accessible by car, bus, or GO Train, near the intersection of Trafalgar and the QEW.
