Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and product management, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing projects, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform campaign development.
  • Oversee content creation and design using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials, social media content, and website updates.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and user engagement; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the company's website using WordPress; implement updates using HTML as needed for improved functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop product positioning strategies and support sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Monitor budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
  • Lead efforts in research to identify new market opportunities and innovative marketing techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, WordPress, and basic HTML coding skills.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability in product management, campaign development, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making utilizing tools like Google Analytics and other metrics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, budgeting, and ROI analysis related to marketing activities.
  • Exceptional research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to lead projects collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59,895.47-$100,084.19 per year
