Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and account management. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and maintaining long-term partnerships to support the company's objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to meet client needs while aligning with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account reviews, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic insights for growth
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups
  • Lead presentations and meetings to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing client feedback and insights for targeted campaigns
  • Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential markets and prospects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or related roles with a focus on business development
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics for strategic planning
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales activities
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis techniques to support client acquisition efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,087.01-$105,165.63 per year
