The Sales Support Rep (SST) / Logistics Admin hybrid role is an essential member of Fuzion's Sales Support Team, based in Delta, BC. The primary responsibilities include supporting day-to-day order processing, customer service, and warehouse logistics activities. This role acts as a key link between customers, the sales team, supply chain, and the warehouse to ensure accurate order entry, timely shipment coordination, and a smooth flow of information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Order Desk & Customer Service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales teams through friendly, efficient communication and support.
- Manage the order desk inbox; enter and validate orders in the ERP system, confirming product availability, pricing, ship dates, and special instructions.
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries (phone and email), including stock checks, product/application support, Dealer Portal assistance, order status updates, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with Territory Managers on order issues, backorders, samples, and special requests; process order changes, cancellations, and returns per company policies.
- Oversee front office reception duties, including office supply management, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
- Provide Dealer Support and telephone coverage across Canada for the Order Desk and Sales Support Team as needed
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
- Coordinate outgoing pickups and shipments with the warehouse and third-party carriers; prepare required shipping documentation (pick lists, packing slips, bills of lading).
- Verify shipping instructions (LTL, courier, collect, prepaid, etc.), track shipments, enter tracking details, and communicate ETAs to internal teams.
- Assist with transportation bookings, freight method selection, and compliance with carrier guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and customer accounts; manage Samples Receiving and notify Sales Teams upon arrival.
- Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock adjustments, and discrepancy resolution.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth workflow and timely exchange of information.
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, one-on-ones, and training sessions; contribute to continuous improvement of processes and improving the customer experience.
- Perform other general duties as required.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- 1—3 years of Customer Service Support / Office Administration / Logistics experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Able to quickly pivot in high paced environments with strong attention to detail
- SAP Business One / ERP systems experience is an asset
- CRM Experience is an asset
- Bilingual in French/English is an asset
