Reporting to the Operations Manager the Logistics Manager, will be responsible to manage the end-to-end logistics of the gas meter replacement program, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution, and addressing any logístical issues that may arise. This role is critical to the successful execution of the program and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

**What You’ll Do Here**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the availability of gas meters and necessary equipment.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Identify and resolve logístical challenges, including supply shortages, transportation delays, and quality control issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to align logistics operations with project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the logistics process.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the utility or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent computer skills, functional with key MS Office software.

The expected pay range for this position is between $85,000 - $120,000.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
