Role Description

We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Saskatoon. This is a part-time remote position with potential to grow into full-time.

In this role, you'll lead and support our sales team, develop new business opportunities, build relationships with local businesses, and help shape our overall sales strategy. You'll play a key role in driving company growth and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare reports, track sales performance, and meet targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in building maintenance or facility services is an asset
  • English proficiency required
