Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Saskatoon, SK. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing detailed information about our vehicles, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training new team members and managing the sales process from beginning to end.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are advantageous
