Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening account relationships, and maximizing distribution and visibility of our portfolio within an assigned territory. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on field execution, requiring strong organization, relationship-building, and a passion for representing one of Canada's most exciting canned cocktail brands. You will engage with key retail partners, identify new business opportunities, execute marketing initiatives, and deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports the long-term success of both our company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Sales Execution
- Develop and maintain an efficient and strategically planned daily call schedule aligned with territory priorities.
- Achieve monthly visit, distribution, and placement targets within the assigned territory.
- Calling on existing and prospective retail and on-trade accounts to identify new opportunities, build relationships, present product offerings, execute promotions, and support customer needs.
- Increase brand presence and drive incremental revenue.
- Conduct product tastings and presentations to educate customers, build brand advocacy, and create memorable experiences.
- Contribute to annual business planning with select priority customers using data-driven insights and market trends.
- Assist in developing and executing customized programs, promotional calendars, and merchandising initiatives for key accounts.
Market & Data Insights
- Analyze territory performance to identify selling opportunities, competitive activity, and category trends using sales data platform
- Track and report weekly and monthly sales performance, account activity, placements, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales results, competitive activity, account notes, and inventory considerations.
Merchandising & Brand Execution
- Ensure all accounts have appropriate, clean, and current point-of-sale materials, displays, and merchandising tools.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, retail activations, and trade show participation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the alcohol, beverage, CPG, or related industry required.
- A strong understanding of the regional retail landscape and customer relationships is considered an asset.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a field-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-service capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (for setup, tastings, or events).
