Westport Manufacturing has an exciting opportunity at our Vancouver location for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and confident managing people, inventory, and safety standards.

Founded in 1947, Westport Manufacturing is Canada's largest manufacturer of custom window coverings for the Hospitality, Health Care, and Construction industries. Over the years, we have continued to expand our product offerings beyond window coverings to support our growing and diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of goods
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and overall warehouse organization
  • Enforce health, safety, and company policies
  • Coordinate with management, project managers, and other departments
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

  • Solid understanding of inventory systems and warehouse procedures

  • Forklift certification considered an asset
  • Manual dexterity and measuring ability
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role considered an asset
