MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate incoming orders and allocate tasks within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on the strategy established with the Warehouse Manager.
- Oversee warehouse team performance to ensure adherence to procedures
- Coordinate team member schedules to align with warehouse demand and operational needs.
- Organize activities and allocate resources for receiving, maintaining effective communication with transportation companies.
- Monitor all warehouse KPIs, coaching the team to consistently achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Support the team with daily tasks, stepping in proactively when KPIs are unmet or when work falls behind schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all customer Vendor Guidelines and confirm that all warehouse staff are trained on these requirements.
- Contribute to the development, continuous improvement, and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to enhance performance and productivity.
- Organize inventory for overstock and picking locations, ensuring all products are clearly labeled and stored efficiently for order picking and customer receipt.
- Ensure accurate reporting of inventory through periodic cycle counts and annual inventory counts.
- Training, mentoring, and developing team members
- Ensure compliance of all cross-border documents and address any inquiries promptly.
- Oversee warehouse housekeeping by ensuring the team performs proper daily cleaning in the warehouse and maintains their personal work tools.
- Other related duties that may arise from time to time.
- Maintain good communication with other departments in the company and with the suppliers.

**IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS**

Education and Experience
- 3+ years in a previous warehouse supervisory role (Order management, Receiving, Shipping environment)
- Knowledge Warehouse Management System (knowledge of Snapfulfil is an asset), ERP systems, and Shipping systems.
- Operation of RF guns

**Knowledge, Abilities, and skills**
- Must be comfortable working from heights
- Ability to operate order picker and forklift reach
- Must be willing to work as a member of a team and be flexible in undertaking a variety of duties that will contribute to the success of the organization.
- Ability to appreciate and understand the opportunities, challenges, and limitations of a small business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work long hours during peak periods.
- Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physically able to lift to 40 pounds.
- Must be comfortable with Pets

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
