About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Subprime Financial Services Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for cars, strong financial acumen, and the ability to guide customers through every step of the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers secure financing solutions that fit their needs and budget
  • Guide clients through the credit rebuilding and loan approval process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently and ethically
  • Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair market values
  • Prepare and submit credit applications to financial institutions
  • Verify authenticity of customer documents before submission
  • Communicate effectively with lenders and customers to ensure smooth approvals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle models, features, and warranty options
  • Follow up with prospective customers via calls, emails, and appointments
  • Ensure compliance with OMVIC and all dealership policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive or financial services management (prime or subprime)
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales/finance targets
  • OMVIC certification required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with CRM or dealership management software
  • Basic understanding of credit, financial documents, and loan structures
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
  • English proficiency required; fluency in Farsi, Tagalog, Spanish, or South Asian languages (such as Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, or Tamil) is a strong asset.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
