Position Overview

As an Account Manager 360, you will play a key role in driving client growth while sourcing and selecting top industrial talent. Specifically, you will:

· Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.

· Present and promote our HR services to potential clients.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, recommending, and onboarding candidates.

· Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels (specialized platforms, social media, networking, etc.).

· Grow and maintain a strong database of qualified industrial candidates.

· Assess candidate skills and fit for clients' specific industrial needs.

· Provide consistent follow-up with candidates and ensure successful integration.

Desired Profile

· Minimum 1 year of experience in the staffing industry, ideally within the industrial or technical sector (mandatory).

· Solid knowledge of industrial roles (operators, technicians, supervisors, logistics, etc.).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English to support divisions across Canada.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.

· Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.

· Team player with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.
