Part Time Receptionist

At Dixie Ford, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming and professional environment. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented part-time Receptionist to be the friendly face of our dealership.

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a positive and memorable experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is available to work Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Making sure all required licensing, and documentation is done on time.
  • Assist with dealership events, launches, and other special occasions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Minimum one year of reception and/or dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and office software.

Availability

  • 2-4 Days a Week
  • Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
