We're growing — and we're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Metal Cladding Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate estimates and detailed take-offs for metal cladding and envelope system projects.
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and suppliers to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Source and evaluate material and labour costs.
  • Prepare and submit professional quotation packages within deadlines.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the bidding process.
  • Track and analyze project performance and pricing trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in metal cladding or building envelope systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and installation methods.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar estimating/takeoff software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of aluminum composite panels (ACM), corrugated metal, insulated panels, and other facade systems is an asset.
