At our regional branch in Richmond, BC, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service & Warehouse Associate who speaks fluent Mandarin and English. This is a combined customer-facing and operational role where you will interact directly with clients while managing warehouse functions. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction and Support

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, helping them place orders, resolve inquiries, and provide personalized support.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails, addressing account-related questions and concerns.
  • Actively listen to customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Provide information on products, promotions, and services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Order Processing, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Operations

  • Accurately process customer orders using our internal software system.
  • Prepare and securely package orders for pick-up, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Accept and check incoming product deliveries, verifying quantities and product condition.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels, restocking shelves and storage areas as required.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.

Account Management and Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and update customer profiles and account information in the database.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, including billing inquiries, commission statements, and payment adjustments.
  • Reconcile sales reports, verify order accuracy, and provide data insights as needed.

Collaboration and Continuous Learning

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to stay informed about new products, services, and company policies.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing feedback and customer insights.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product and operational knowledge.

QualificationsLanguage Skills

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Work Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or retail.

Technical and Administrative Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order handling.
  • Comfortable using technology to manage inventory and customer records.
