Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Engage in data entry tasks to update customer records efficiently and accurately
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints with patience and empathy
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for service improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service roles or related fields
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback effectively
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
