Customer Service Representative

Established in 2012, BlackboxMyCar is the largest distributor of dash cams in North America. We partner with the best-in-class manufacturers to bring top-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.
We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service & RMA Specialist. The working days would be Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.
THE POSITION WILL NEED YOU TO...
- Greet & assist customers via phone, email, in-person, text message, and live chat
- Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Assist the sales supervisor and manager in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities
- Process, test and refurbish consumer returns.
YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE...
- Precision-oriented
- A great communicator
- Able to type at least 55 WPM
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Interested in the auto industry
- Interested in technology
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE...
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with dash cams
- Familiarity with vehicles (know the make and model of most vehicles)
