Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages a high volume of accounts, while upholding an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Processes sales orders.
  • Establishes customer relationships and follows up with customers, as needed.
  • Responds to customer requests, special instructions, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaises with the Sales Team, Scheduling, Operations, and the Warehouse to ensure optimal delivery of orders.
  • Reports on orders, customer inquiries and other items; proactively resolves matters, as they arise.
  • Manages administrative duties, filing and data-entry.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements for this position:

  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin required.
  • Ability to read and write in Chinese is preferred.
  • +2 years of customer service experience.
  • +1-year experience in an office setting.
  • Proficient when using Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritizing and multi-tasking.
  • Able to work in a group as well as individually.
  • Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable.

Schedule:

Shift work, 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday early morning 5:30AM - 2:30PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
