Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to meet performance standards and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Address operational issues promptly and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching for existing team members.

Experience

  • Proven experience in operations management or leadership roles within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, workflow management, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize technology tools for reporting and process improvement.
  • Prior experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance is advantageous. This position requires a proactive leader with a strategic mindset who can drive operational excellence while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $57,000.00 per year
