**Contract Lead Operator**

**Company Information**

Razor Energy Corp. (the “Company”) is a public junior oil and gas company seeking to add a Contract Lead Operator.

**Job description**

Reporting to the Production Superintendent based within the Greater Swan Hills Area. This position will follow a 8-6

schedule, 10 hours per shift.***

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical leadership to field operators daily.
- Coordinate facility and well optimization programs with Area Superintendent & Engineering.
- Participate in preparation of operating budgets alongside the Area Superintendent.
- Take part in monitoring and safely optimizing / minimizing operating and maintenance expenses.
- Assist operational staff to start all wells after workovers or stimulations and provide initial production

targets.
- Support Area Superintendent with preparation of the district weekly production variance report
- Assist in field coverage for vacation/sick days.
- Review and provide feedback on Chemical/Pigging program(s)
- Support Area Superintendent to ensure district targets and goals are met.
- Support Area Foreman in Field verification process for new SOP’s.
- Support Maintenance Foreman
- Assist with TA planning, scheduling, work packages, procedures etc.
- Coordinate and assist area Regulatory Inspections, D13, IPT, SCVF

**Qualifications and Skills**
- ~10 years of relevant industry experience with strong preference given towards oil, gas and plant

operations
- Formal operational and safety training including: First Aid/CPR, H2S Alive, TDG/WHMIS, Ground

Disturbance
- Proven and demonstrated commitment to HSE expectations and requirements, software experience in field

data capture (PVR), and electronic flow measurement systems, SCADA.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change
