Job Summary

**Level 3 Supervision**

**Purpose**: Enhanced coaching

**Engagement Style**: modeling, cueing, prompting coaching

**Engagement Level**: High engagement, time limited

**Location**: Community and home

**Focus**: Move from basic parenting skills to increasingly complex parenting skills that require a higher level of intervention by a visit supervisor (i.e) developmental needs, attunement, responsiveness, caregiver availability and awareness. Prioritize and ensure visit safety.

Families First Support Services is pursuing;
- 1-2 Level 3 Support Workers (20-40 hours/week), Part time leading to full time.
- Flexible Hours On Short Term Notice
- _**All applicants must be available to work weekends and evenings**_
- _**Weekend flexibility is a must **_
- A reliable and safe vehicle is necessary for these positions
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Child Intervention Record Check
- A clean Drivers Abstract.
- Trauma Informed
- Previous experience in related fields is an asset
- Support work team members may have a variety of credentials, including degrees in Social Work, Psychology and the Human Services Fields
- A great deal of experience in working with children and families
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- An ability to be highly organized, energetic and flexible
- Exceptional Report Writing Skills with a strong command of the English language
- Punctuality is key

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$25.11 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- social work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Child Intervention Record Check (required)
- Police Check (required)
