Clinic Administrator – Multidisciplinary Health Clinic (Multiple Locations)

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and experienced Clinic Administrator to support our multidisciplinary healthcare team across our multiple GTA locations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling across multiple locations
  • Handle billing and claims for MVA, WSIB, Sun Life, Green Shield, and other extended health insurance providers
  • Verify insurance details and ensure accurate submission of claims
  • Assist clinicians with documentation and daily clinic workflow
  • Maintain organized electronic records and follow clinic protocols
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
  • Support clinic operations including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare/rehabilitation clinic is required
  • Strong knowledge of MVA, WSIB, EHC (Sun Life, Green Shield, etc.) billing processes
  • Experience using scheduling and clinic management software such as:
  • Universal Scheduling
  • Jane
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Other admin/clinic management apps
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for evenings/weekends as needed
