Position Overview:

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, supporting our team in achieving brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and manage social media content, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in the coordination of events, promotions, and advertising efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
  • Creative mindset with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
