Responsibilities

  • Entering and updating leads and contacts in the CRM
  • Keeping data clean, organized, and up to date
  • Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Helping track information across spreadsheets, folders, and systems
  • Assisting with small marketing tasks as you grow into the role

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
  • Positive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Great communicator who enjoys working with a team
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in Richmond Hill
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
