Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, PEAK Services Co-Op/Internship student to support marketing activities for the
2026 Spring/Summer
term. This position will support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen PEAK Services' brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

This is a hybrid position—work onsite Monday to Thursday (180 Via Renzo Dr, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 0J7), with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
    Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, and field channels.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Manage and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, one-pager, and door hangers, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Social Media Management:
    Support social media strategy by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts to increase engagement and visibility across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Web Management:
    Coordinate website content updates and work with vendors/IT to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and report on web traffic and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Project Management:
    Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, projects, and company initiatives.
  • Brand Activation:
    Support the planning and coordination of branded merchandise for employee and customer activation.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support business objectives, including lead generation and localized campaigns.
  • Marketing Assets & Vendor Management:
    Manage marketing inventory, promotional materials, and relationships with external suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Marketing experience, preferably in construction, home services, or a related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.

Compensation

$20 - $27 per hour based on year of academic study and experience.
