Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000 annually

Talent Renew is partnering with a well-established West Vancouver corporate commercial law practice seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to grow and develop their practice in a collaborative environment with access to larger firm resources.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the lawyers in both the West Vancouver and Vancouver offices, handling a range of corporate and commercial matters. This position is ideal for a lawyer seeking a strong base in the North Shore while having opportunities to grow toward partnership.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and services in general solicitor practice matters
  • Handle corporate and commercial transactions, including commercial leasing and real estate matters
  • Support client development and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with lawyers across West Vancouver and Vancouver offices
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the office through active involvement in legal matters and business development
What We're Looking For:
  • Called to the bar with a minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Experience in general solicitor practice
  • Exposure to corporate, commercial, leasing, and real estate matters is an asset
  • Strong commitment to client service and legal excellence
  • Ability to integrate into a collaborative team culture
  • Track record of professional development and potential to grow into partnership
