Our client has an opening for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team for a 3 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great Lawyer.

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
  • Preparing and filing corporate and partnership documents
  • Maintaining and updating corporate records and registers
  • Coordinating filings with regulatory authorities
  • Managing client communications, mail, and records
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 years of experience in corporate records in a law firm.
  • Proficiency with corporate software
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage competing priorities
Salary: $30 – $35 per hour dependant on experience.
