Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and the ability to handle data entry efficiently. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for staff appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial recordkeeping tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
