Immigration Admin Case Manager

We are currently seeking an Immigration Admin Case Manager with a minimum of 1 year experience in Canadian Immigration.

(Work Permits, LMIAs, Express Entry, various types of PR and TRVs, etc.).
- Collecting information and documentation from the client
- Assist immigration consultant with different requests and assignments;
- Perform administrative tasks and receptionist duties (filling, faxing, scanning, answering phone calls and transferring them to the needed representative, etc.)
- Write cover/ submission letters for immigration files and reviewing final submission;
- Ability to work with different computer systems and software

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations and procedures
- Excellent command of English, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Time management skills, including the ability to manage a complex portfolio
- Self-motivated and self-starter and a team player
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to manage a quick-paced caseload
- Completed (or pursuing) RCIC license is a bonus but not at all mandator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
