Virtual Receptionist

Meira Care is looking for an energetic, eager and ambitious Virtual Receptionist to add to our growing team who will provide operational and administrative support for a virtual care clinic platform.

**PREFERENCE to have Medical / Business Office Administration Experience / Education**

**Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Reviewing and filing faxes
- Virtually triaging patients appointments by appointment details
- Reviewing and rectifying patients concerns

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Completion of a Medical / Business Assistant program _preferred_
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) _preferred_
- Experience within a Clinic or Administrative setting _preferred_

**Medical/Vision/Dental benefits offered after 6 months of fulltime employment**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Holidays
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
