We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Building Resident Manager for one of our properties in Ottawa. This great, full-time opportunity includes apartment benefit, health benefits, and training.
Physical Duties Daily:Check life safety systems, complete fire log bookInspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventoryInspect parking levels and exterior groundsInspect floors and grounds and list deficienciesClean, mop, and clear debris from refuse chuteClean all elevator landings, lobby, back lobby/moving room, laundry room, parking level entrances, elevators, equipmentExterior clean upComplete snow logs in the winter seasonChange garbage bins in the compactor roomClean vacant suitesComplete maintenance in vacant suitesReview and complete requests for repairsAdministrative Duties DailyCollect and process rental paymentsTake cheques to the bankCo-ordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and contractors on approved P.O.sUpdate in-suite maintenance scheduleProcess all correspondencePrepare P.O.s for approval by the Property ManagerReceive P.O.s for work completedSend completed P.O.s to APAnswer tenant inquiriesFiling documentationPrepare and complete incoming and outgoing inspectionsDeliver tenant noticesTenant communicationsLift up to 50 lbsWhat MetCap offers:Competitive full-time salaryMobile phoneHealth benefits packageAnnual bonusesTraining will be provided for all areas of responsibilityOpportunity for career developmentPreferred RequirementsCleaning experienceMaintenance skillsCustomer service skillsAbility to perform in a team environmentStrong maintenance and customer service skills are an assetWe thank all those who apply, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
