Here's what you'll deliver:

Responsible for selling cars and achieving our targets with a high standard of professionalism and top level customer service.Responsible for  hiring, training  and supporting the Sales  team  and driving a high level of performance. Directs and schedules the activities of the Sales team, ensuring proper staffing at all times. Motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of the Sales team.  Oversees the efforts of Sales Consultants to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.  Ensures customer retention and profitability by recruiting qualified sales personnel. Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.  Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations. 

What you need to succeed:

3-5 years of Automotive Sales experience.3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on achieving a high customer service ratings.Strong computer skills; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and One-Eighty (180) considered an asset. Must have strong time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.Valid OMVIC license in good standing.Previous Automotive Dealer Sales Management experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
  Compensation (expected annual compensation): $90,000 - $120,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
