The Bradshaw Builds team has a position open for a sales representative. This has the potential to be a work from home position for the right person. This position has the potential for a gas allowance, bonuses and health & dental benefits after probation period.

The base salary will be $36k/year to start, however you will also be able to earn a percentage of each job/project sold that goes to contract, paid as commission in addition to your base salary.

General Idea of Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with team through project management software
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with clients
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
- Estimating job/project costs and pricing

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using common office and word processing software
- Knowledge of construction industry and job cost estimating
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
