A day in the life:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the digital dynamo revving up our online presence and taking our brands to the next level Get ready to craft and steer cutting-edge digital marketing and paid media strategies that supercharge brand culture across all markets. Your mission? Drive epic consumer engagement and make a massive business impact while ensuring our brands are the talk of the online world.

The impact you'll make:

  • Lead day-to-day campaign planning and execution across all digital platforms. Work alongside internal teams, agencies and HQ to track performance, identify best practices, leverage opportunities for continous optimization. Optimization across key paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X/Twitter).
  • Define and establish KPIs aligned to digital marketing goals for all digital channels. Ensure Weekly, Monthly and Yearly tracking and reporting, extracting key learning and providing data driven recommendations for future strategies. Work alongside the Analytics team to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and media performance highlights.
  • Oversee local organic and paid social media presence, including content calendar development, community management, and performance monitoring.
  • Support in ideation, management and execution of locally driven content projects that will live on digital platforms. Work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Director, Digital Team, Content team, and agencies, to ensure marketing goals and direction are reflected digitally for each brand. Support local marketing teams in developing promotional microsites and landing pages, ensuring compliance with company global digital guidelines.
  • Develop and drive the PR strategy & plan ensuring alignment to the overall marketing plan and business/market needs and drive, develop and execute campaigns to increase relevancy and recognition for Monster Energy brand and products in the public field via earned media of any kind (classic media, digital media, influencers, interest groups, etc.).
  • Define and lead the e-commerce strategy and roadmap based on consumer insights, commercial and marketing objectives. Manage and execute eCommerce campaign and track performance and optimizations weekly to ensure maximum results.
  • Lead digital content curation and copywriting for organic and paid media channels. Extract content insights to continuously improve digital performance and inform creative direction.
  • Responsible for supporting in the search of KOLs and ambassadors that will enhance brand visibility and engagement in digital. Collaborate in designing and executing content strategies and briefs to maximize digital KPIs. Track analytics.
  • Keep up to date on the latest media trends, emerging media and the holistic media landscape. Stay connected to the media marketplace and develop relationship with media vendors. Support e-Com efforts with media campaigns that will help drive and measure sales.

Who you are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of

    • Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in marketing with a beverage, Consumer Packages Goods (CPG) lifestyle brand.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or media, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or media/advertising agencies.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table/Click up).
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in English. Experience with lifestyle marketing, digital media, sponsorships, event marketing and influencers, deep understanding of social platforms and latest content style/trends.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, including social media, programmatic, and influencer marketing. Basic knowledge of traditional media.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Certification is a plus. Programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
