We are currently looking for a Hunter that loves to think outside the box and thrives when challenged to find new markets and clients.
Duties:
- Search, create and hunt for new clients, markets and projects to find new leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Able to create detailed kitchen layout plans using computer-aided design software.
- Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for kitchen projects.
- Provide accurate estimates of project costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in kitchen design.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess existing kitchen spaces, gather measurements, inspection of installation progress and quality.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software for creating detailed kitchen layouts. Use of Microsoft product for costing and ordering.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, including space planning, ergonomics, and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and project specifications.
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing kitchen designs.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
