Vancouver BC VC T, Canada Aeon Stone & Tile Inc. Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Aeon Group is seeking an experienced Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Aeon Group comprises Aeon Stone & Tile, Habitat by Aeon, and our exciting new venture: Vancouver's First Complete Luxury Lifestyle Furniture Flagship store for Poliform, the leading player on the international furniture scene.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by developing rapport and strengthening relationships with all customers, both external and internal.
  • Design and develop innovative kitchen solutions that meet clients' needs and preferences.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of European kitchen systems in design projects.
  • Leverage skills in AutoCAD, Egnyte, and SketchUp for effective client presentations and project management.
  • Manage a set account list, developing long-standing relationships while introducing new products and programs.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and communicate customer sales results daily, sharing vital information with the sales group.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, going the extra mile for unique requests, and provide sampling and update their sample library.
  • Demonstrate dynamic self-motivation and a hustler's spirit to grow and develop the business, working with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, requests, and new products daily.
  • Collaborate with the existing sales team to assist in growing the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven experience working with designers and architects.
  • Proficiency in European kitchen systems is a must.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Egnyte, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, dynamic, and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • A valid driver's license and car are essential for mobility.
  • Must be a resident of Canada.

  • Base Salary + Commission + Benefits
