Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience..This position offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise, enhance customer service skills, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain merchandising standards and organize products on shelves and displays
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; training will be provided
  • Fluent Japanese is an strong asset
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management abilities are essential
  • This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while delivering outstanding customer service in a retail setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
