What You'll Do
  • Process various forms of payment receipts and match them to client invoices
  • Request payment remittances from clients as needed
  • Handle client refunds and ensure accurate backup documentation
  • Update client billing information and perform account analysis when required
  • Support the Credit & Collection Analyst with client issues and concerns
  • Compile and submit regular reports to management
  • Maintain transactional integrity and improve the audit trail
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Basic proficiency in Excel
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
