JOB POSTING – Whistler Snow Removal - Winter Equipment Operator

Company Background:

Capilano Highway Services is a family-owned business that has been operating around the province for 50 years. Our company maintains several highways across the province, operates a dedicated civil-works division, and provides reliable winter maintenance services – delivering quality and consistency to our long-standing customers is our priority.

Role Description:

We are actively seeking skilled and experienced snowplow operators to join our growing team in Whistler. Our winter operations involve plowing and salting of both private and public properties. If you take pride in your work and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and ready to be a part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and hard work.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in equipment operation
  • Proven ability to operate a small loader, large loader and 1 ton plow trucks
  • Physically capable and willing to work 8 to 12 hours a day in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Class 5 license

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
